Board of Directors

The executive of of the Association is made up of a Board of Directors elected by financial members of the Association plus a staff secretary. The board elects a Chairman and other office bearers. The Board meets regularly to discuss matters of interest and provide direction to the Association. The current Board is comprised of the following members, as at 27/02/2006:

Born 20.12.43 England came to Australia 1983.

After almost 40 years in the international shipping industry retired, with no previous experience of cattle, to a small property in central Victoria to breed Square Meaters. Selected the Square Meaters breed since, as well as the benefits of a compact, easy doing animal suitable for absolute beginners on small acreage, the rationale for the breed was based on a sound commercial premise rather than “novelty” appeal. Have since learned how little we knew but how right was the initial choice of the Square Meater breed. Have had the satisfaction of learning, of winning in the show ring and of starting a number of others on the Square Meater path with sales of our stock .
